New Beginnings
Facilitator: John Burke
This adult class seeks to meet the needs of
person s searching for answers to their
questions about faith, scripture and prayers in a
supportive environment. Family camping trips
are planned several times a year as well as
other monthly socials.
Koinonia Class
Facilitators: Lorie Weber & Dennis Justice
This adult class uses different Methodist study
guide books. Our studies use the Bible and we
are amazed to learn how something written so
long ago can be so pertinent to our present
everyday living. Each Sunday's lesson is
self-contained. Topics are approached from
different points of view with lively discussion.
Everyone of all ages is welcome.
Loyal Workers
Facilitator: Wanda Bysfield
Habitat for Humanity and Della Lamb are
monthly mission projects of this adult class.
They use lessons from Cokesbury Adult Bible
Studies, followed by discussions about their
church and everyday life. "The group likes to
have fun," was a comment by one of the
members of the class.

Nursery
Facilitator: Tammy Hamilton, Nancy Felthauser
A safe clean environment with educational toys is
provided
2-3 Year Olds
Facilitator: M.J. McClanahan, Carol Long
This is the first exposure to an organized Sunday
School class for little people. They sing, pray, and
learn about Jesus, God, and Church.
3 Year Olds- 1st Grade
Facilitator: John Anson, Kim Anson
This class teaches that God loves all the children of
the world. They share love through play, prayer,
and music.
2nd- 3rd Grade
Facilitators: Rosalie Pratt, Joan Gibbs
The children experience the Bible in many different
ways and think about what the message has to say
to them today. Th class does activites and puzzles
pertaining to the lesson.
4th- 5th Grade
Facilitators: Kathy McLaughlin, Lon Burke
The class is studying The Exploring Faith series
"God's Word for God's Children". This age group
learns the books of the Bible and recognizes
sections of the Bible used during worship service.
Middle School & High School
Facilitator: Missy Gaither, Margaret James
Teens may come and enjoy fellowship time at the
beginning of class. The Sunday School hour
consists of prayers and concerns, a scripture lesson
and a Christian Devotional message to prepare
them for the week. This class is a small part of the
church's youth centered activities.
